Description

This is a selection of the 65 artists who entered the 2010 Musical Comedy Awards. The best 40 were selected by Tim Arthur, Comedy Editor of Time Out London and these acts then progressed to the live heat stage from January through to March. Each of these shows took place at the Wilmington Arms, London and were totally sold out. The final took place on March 26th at the New Players Theatre, London. The winners of the competition were Irish hip-hop improv trio Abandoman, runners-up were Horse and Louis, with Jay Foreman in third place. This year's Best Newcomer was Sooz Kempner.
